    You will be contacted by e-mail or phone by a member of MAXCONNECT's sales staff, who will explain our service in detail.

    We will send you the required documentation from MAXCONNECT.

    MAXCONNECT will send you credit settlement data, estimates, and credit card settlement request forms.

    Please send the following documents along with the credit card transaction request form.

    Copy of the registry certificate/seal stamp, copy of the representative's identification, and photocopy of utility fees/water bills.

    We will check the credit settlement request form and other necessary documents for incompleteness.
    Review results will be received within three business days.

    System connection

    For Web Settlements we will send system specifications, please proceed with connection development based on that.
    We also have a credit settlement module that links with shopping carts.
    Mobile phone and e-mail settlements are available on the same day.
    Card reader payment can be used as soon as the card reader arrives.

    TESTAfter a settlement test is completed, the service is ready to be used.

    Once credit settlement connection development is completed or related equipment has arrrived; credit card payments can be used immediately.
