Welcome to the chat service demo.
We introduce this new payment system which allows settlement along with having chat with customer.

Chat payment service allows you to display a chat screen on the member store's website and encourage purchases through the chat box while interacting with end users in real time.

  • The merit of our chat payment service is not only that the customer can purchase a product while chatting with the seller in real time, but also that the seller can thank customers who purchased the product online on the spot.
  • Pre-written Robots and programs mechanically send fixed-form thank-you emails, but here human hands will intervene to create that warm service feeling that is in face-to-face customer service, while being an online business. That is what we keep in mind.
  • Compared to purchasing from a shopping cart, store operators will have to take extra time, but we confidently recommend that this service will definitely help improve your business, brand and competitiveness.
  • It's easy to implement, just add the JS snippet provided to you by us in your HTML source code of your website. It is perfectly compatible with any smartphone and PC.
  • Chat Payment Flow
    1. Once the chat box is enabled in your website, the chat box will be displayed as a popup on your store website.The member store can reply to the customers using the member store management screen and prompt the purchase directly to the customer.
    2. Once the customer has decided what they want to purchase, you can generate a payment link for the purchase price through the management screen.Once you enter the amount in the field "Enter Payment Amount" and click on the "Send Link" button, a payment link popup will be sent to the customer in the chat.
    3. Customers will be prompted to make a payment by clicking the "Payment here" button in the chat to move to the payment page.
  • Demo Details
    1. Click on the small chat icon on bottom right corner to expand the chat box.
    2. The user of chat box will be asked to enter the name (just for reference purpose).
    3. If the member store is online then the user will be connected to chat otherwise a message will be displayed to try later.
